Lombard Funeral Home began a flag retirement program starting Friday, just before Flag Day, Sunday, June 14, 2020. The local family owned funeral home is collecting Retired (old, worn, tattered) United States Flags in observance of Flag Day as well as respecting our military service persons and the U.S. Flag Code of etiquette for our great nation. This is a year long service for the surrounding communities.

Any and all flags that are collected will be RETIRED in accordance with US Flag Code. You may drop off your flags to be retired at Lombard Funeral Home, 3 Bridge St., Monson, MA 01057 anytime in their flag collection box or hand deliver it to one of their staff at the funeral home or contact them at 413-267-3011 www.lombardfuneralhome.com or email at LFHMonson@aol.com.
