Kenneth G Jack, Sr

Monson- Kenneth G. Jack, 95, died Sunday, November 27, 2016 surrounded by the love of family.  Kenneth was born April 2, 1921 in Providence RI to the late Gennesse F. Jack and Ida (Forant) Jack Paquette. He served in the Merchant Marines during WWII. Ken has been a long time resident of Monson.  Ken retired from Rathbone Corp in Palmer. He was a member of the Monson-Glendale United Methodist Church.  Ken loved to worked with his hands and he enjoyed playing Rummy.

Ken was pre-deceased by his wife Grace E. (Gustafson) Jack in 2015 and a son Michael F. Jack in 1966.  He leaves their children Kenneth Jack Jr and his wife Jean of Springfield, Russell Jack of Monson, Kimberly Bloom and her husband Jon of Buchanan, MI; sisters Theresa Tieman of California and Winfred Tharp of Missouri; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; a close family friend Heidi Bohacik-Meurisse. 

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 2, 2016 at 10am in Lombard Funeral Home 3 Bridge St. Monson with burial to follow at Hillside Cemetery.  Visiting hours will be Thursday, December 1, 2016 from 4-7pm at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Monson-Glendale United Methodist Church 162 Main St Monson, MA 01057.
