Lois M (Lloyd) Cady

Monson- Lois M. (Lloyd) Cady, 86, died Sunday, July 30, 2017 surrounded by the love of family.  Lois was born May 16, 1931 in Easton, Maine to the late Burton Lloyd and Anne (Williams) Maskell.  She has been a resident of Monson since the 1950's. Lois retired from Springfield Moulders as a supervisor.  She was a member of the First Church of Monson, and active with the Hearts Willing.  She was a member of the Monson Lions Club and a volunteer at Wing Memorial Hospital.  Lois also baked many specialty, birthday and wedding cakes.

Lois was pre-deceased by her husband, Henry F. "Bud" Cady, Jr and her daughter Coral A. Parker.  She leaves her son Barry S. Cady and his wife Coly of Springfield; her five grandchildren, Brian and his wife Heather Cady, Alexander, Nigel, and Bradley Cady, Carly Holm and her husband Peter Ackley and her four great grandchildren; Emma, Juliana, Connor Ackley and Kara Cady, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 11, 2017 in Lombard Funeral Home of Monson.  A visiting hour will be held from 10-11am with a service at 11am in the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Monson.
