Lorraine R (Blake) Stanton

Brimfield- Lorraine R. (Blake) Stanton, 85, died Saturday, February 4, 2017 surrounded by the love of family.  Lorraine was born in Wilbraham to the late Ernest E. Blake and Genevieve (Bugno) Blake Prouty.  Lorraine lived in Wales before moving to Brimfield in 1955.  She enjoyed camping, had a great love for horses and spent many hours cooking and caring for her loving family.

Lorraine leaves her loving husband of 65 years, Richard H. Stanton; two sons, Richard H Stanton and his wife Melanie of Warren and Michael Stanton of Brimfield; four daughters, Lorraine R. Goodreau and her husband Lawrence of Ludlow, Heidi A. Deschenes and her husband Andre of North Port, FL, Becky E. Stockman of Palmer and Sally B. Smith of Monson; brothers Ernest Blake and his wife Judith,  and Roland Blake; sister Caroline Stanton; sixteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren.  Lorraine was predeceased by her brothers Leon Blake, Ronnie Blake and David Prouty and her sister, Priscilla Stanton.
