Renee "Gus" M (Joren) Prinz

Springfield- Renee "Gus" M. Prinz, 53, died Monday, May 15, 2017.  She was born September 11, 1963 to Charles T. Joren and Paula L. (Comer) Bednarski.  Gus grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and moved here in 2004. She managed a Leslie's Pool Store for years before she became her own business, building and maintaining pools, on her own.  Renee  was a big horse lover, loved all animals, but especially loved her babies at home.  She enjoyed gardening and had a huge depth of knowledge of plants.  Gus always welcomed everyone into her life, her home, and her family. 

Gus leaves her mother, Paula L. (Comer) Bednarski of Monson; her father, Charles Joren and his wife Judy of Las Vegas, NV; her son, Joshua Prinz of Las Vegas, NV; sister, Kathy Murray and her husband Michael of Monson; brothers, Reese Joren and his wife Carol of Las Vegas, NV, William Joren and his wife Kim of Enfield, CT; longtime friends, Rodney Bell of Enfield, CT and Mark Pacheco of Springfield.  Renee was predeceased by her fiance' Ken Morehouse in 2014 and step-father Teddy Bednarski earlier this year.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, May 18, 2017 in Lombard Funeral Home  from 5-7pm.  A prayer service will conclude the visitation at 7pm.
