Rosemarie Porth Obituary

Monson- Rosemarie G. (Thomas) Porth, 82, passed away Monday December 23, 2019 at home surrounded by the love of family. Rosemarie was born September 30, 1937 in Germany to the late Herbert and Martha (Freche) Thomas. She moved to the United States and owned and operated, along with her husband, a floral shop in Springfield. She enjoyed gardening and was also a beekeeper.

Rosemarie leaves her husband Erich Porth; two sons, Bodo Porth of Monson and Uwe Porth of Florida; a sister, Giesela Lehmann of Germany and six grandchildren. Rosemarie was predeceased by her parents and her twin brother Hans-Joachim Thomas.

All services are private and have been entrusted to Lombard Funeral Home of Monson.
