Monson-Alice Faye Waldron, 75, died Wednesday, May 20, 2015, surrounded by the love of family. Faye was born June 23, 1939 in Kernersville, NC to the late Henry and Essie (Peeples) West. She has been a longtime Monson resident. Faye enjoyed playing and watching sports. She especially enjoyed softball, bowling and dancing.
Faye leaves her loving husband of 58 years, Frederick "Ted" Waldron ; a daughter Kimberly J . Maher of Monson ; son in-law, Jack Perry of Monson ; grandchildren Stephanie Maher and her husband George of Palmer, Jennifer Maher and her husband Ben of Westfield , Jesse Perry and Jeremie Perry of Monson ; sisters, Nancy Talbert of Palmer, Shirley Locklear of Brimfield, Ila Mae West of North Carolina. Faye was predeceased by two daughters Kelly Waldron and Kathy Perry, also her brother Patrick H . West and Mary A Wright.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 27, 2015 a 10 am in Lombard Funeral Home 3 Bridge St. Monson with burial to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery also in Monson. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, May 26th from 5-8pm in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Monson Memorial Classic PO Box 496 Monson, MA 01057.
