Andrea Anne Blouin

Andrea (Corbin) Blouin, 93, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2026, in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. She was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, on July 18, 1933, to the late Mavis (Platten) Corbin and Andre Corbin.

Andrea dedicated many years of her life to caring for others as a Direct Care Specialist at Monson Developmental Center. Her work reflected her compassion and genuine concern for those in her care.

Andrea’s greatest joy was her family, and she cherished the time she spent with those she loved. She also had a lifelong love of reading and music, simple pleasures that brought her comfort and enjoyment throughout her life. Some of her hobbies included gardening, cooking, painting ceramics, and playing bingo.

She leaves her children, David Foran of Vermont; Lisa Lafleur and Glenn of Wilbraham; Scott Blouin and Deirdre of Monson; Laure Erikson and Damian Cassetta of Wilbraham; Michael Blouin and Douglas Blouin-DeHanas of Florida. She also leaves her brother, Donald Corbin of Palmer; eleven grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

In addition to her parents, Andrea was predeceased by her brother, Andre Corbin Jr., sister-in-law, Mary Corbin, and daughter-in-law, Judy Foran.

Family and friends are invited to gather for Andrea’s Liturgy of Christian Burial on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Divine Mercy Parish 2267 Main street, Three Rivers with burial to Follow at St. Thomas Cemetery in Palmer.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s hospital.
