Monson-Carol S. Walker, 74, died March 29, 2013 in Worcester. Born January 1, 1939 in Medford to the late Adolph and Stella Stram, she has been a resident of Monson for over 48 years. Carol owned and operated the Yankee Clipper in Palmer for more than 26 years. She also cut hair for the residents at Monson Developmental Center for many years. Carol had a love of travel and especially enjoyed Florida. She also enjoyed flower arranging and spending time with family and friends.
Carol leaves her daughters, Cynthia J. Walker of Monson and Pamela J. Walker of Brimfield and her grandchildren Tazia Zwyrbla and Adam Zwyrbla. She was pre-deceased by her son Everett L. Walker, Jr. All services are private and have been entrusted to Lombard Funeral Home of Monson.
