Biography
Monson-Dorothy J Dipietro, 78, died Wednesday, July 1, 2015 surrounded by the love of family. Dorothy was born in Ware, MA, November 10, 1936 , to the late Noah and Julia (LaBair) Fountain and she has been a resident of Monson for many years. Dorothy retired from Monson Developmental Center after 25 years of service. She had a love of travel and attended the Monson Senior Center.
Dorothy leaves her children; Julia Napolitan, Kathleen "Kay" Wentworth and her husband Dennis, Kenneth Howlett and his partner Sally and William DiPietro III and his fiancee Mandy. Dorothy was predeceased by a daughter, Anna Perry. She also leaves her siblings; Beatrice Sheeran, Joan Rollins, Robert Fountain and his wife Marie; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, friends and neighbors.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, July 12, 2015. A visiting hour will be held from 10-11am with a service of remembrance at 11am in Lombard Funeral Home 3 Bridge St. Monson, MA 01057. Contributions may be made to Kathleen Wentworth 16 Beebe Rd Monson, MA 01057.
