Eric Holmes

Wales- Eric Holmes, 55, born on December 5, 1970, in Providence, Rhode Island, passed away on May 12, 2026, in Worcester, Massachusetts, with his loving wife, Martha A. (Morel) Holmes, at his side.

Eric was a man of many passions. He was a devoted New England Patriots fan who loved the thrill of the game. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR, especially cheering for Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt Jr. When not following sports, Eric found peace fishing in area lakes and streams. He was a fan of Star Wars and held a fondness for 80’s rock music, which often filled his home.

He is survived by his loving wife, Martha, his daughters Nikki Mullaney and Paige Marie Mullaney, and his grandson Mason Mullaney. Eric was predeceased by his brothers Karl Fitzgerald and Gary Fuller, and his sister Carol Fuller.

Eric’s life was marked by a strong connection to his family. His Mom, Caroline Chattelle and his brothers, Bruce and Mark Duarte, Jay, Ryan, Todd, Jonah, and Josh Chattelle, and Ronnie Wolowicz. His "obnoxious :)" little sister, Laure Wickers, was always part of his world. He is also remembered by many beloved nieces and nephews.

Eric will be missed by many loving family members who hold his memory close. He lived a life full of simple joys and cherished moments that his loved ones will carry forward.

A Celebration of Life will be held privately.
