George M Richer

Hanson- George M. Richer, 68, passed away October 29, 2021 at his home in Hanson, MA .  George was born February 2, 1953 in Hartford, Connecticut, to the late Leo G. and Mary C. Richer. He resided with the family in Enfield, Connecticut and spent summers on Cape Cod. George enjoyed family outings, drawing and painting, swimming, and frequent trips to the beach.

George leaves his loving family; Kenneth M. Richer and his wife Margaret, Stephen M. Richer and his wife Nicole, Patricia Richer, Susan Richer and Shelia Perkins; five nieces and nephews, Sophia-Ray, Ella-Ray, Kenneth Jr , Kevin and Kurt Richer as well as his devoted caregivers, Dan and Kim Croce and family.

Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at 11am, Thursday, November 4, 2021 at St. Christopher's Church in Brimfield, MA. Burial will follow at Brimfield Cemetery. Visitation will be held the morning of the service at Lombard Funeral Home 3 Bridge St. in Monson from 9-10:30am.
