Monson-Izabella Monticello, 61, born on October 23, 1964, in Springfield, passed away at home on April 7, 2026. She was an assembler at Mustang Motor Cycle Products, where she applied her skill and dedication throughout her career. Izabella was known for her fun and caring nature, qualities that endeared her to all who knew her.
As a passionate lover of animation and art, Izabella found joy in watching Scooby Doo and Looney Tunes, often spending her leisure time drawing. Her affection extended beyond her artistic pursuits to the cherished companionship of her beloved dog Guido and her cat Captain, who were steadfast friends in her life.
Izabella is survived by her granddaughter Tyler Lloyd and her partner John, she also leaves behind her sisters, Nora Gibbings and Shirley Anne Guzzo. Among her close circle of good friends were Richard Hervieux and Nena Kopy, who valued her warmth and friendship.
She was preceded in death by her partner Beverly Bedore, her father Julius Libardi, her mother Mabel (Benway) Libardi, and five siblings.
Her memory will be cherished by family, friends, and all whose lives she brightened with her joyful presence and generous heart. Izabella Monticello’s legacy endures in the stories, smiles, and art she leaves behind.
All services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Milltown Animal Control, 125 Palmer Road Monson, MA 01057.
