Monson-Jeffrey A. Howe, passed away on April 15, 2025, at the age of 46. Born on September 6, 1978, in Springfield, Massachusetts, Jeffrey was a graduate of Commerce High School, where he excelled in both basketball and baseball. Throughout his career, Jeffrey was known for his exceptional carpentry skills. His work reflected his dedication to craftsmanship but also his desire to help others, often sharing his talents with those in need.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jeffrey cherished the time spent with his family. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Marilyn and Dennis Connor of Monson; his father, Linden Howe of Springfield; daughters, Aquireya Howe of East Hartford and Angelina Howe of Boston; son, Jacob Howe of Boston; sister, Jessica Before-Pereira and her husband Michael Pereira of Ludlow; as well as his cherished grandson, Elijah Howard, and nieces Madi and Sienna Pereira who loved spending time with their “Uncle Jepp.” He is also survived by his Aunt Sue Torino (Andrew), uncle Philip Malmborg, Aunt Mary “Ellen” Connor, grandmother Beverly Ruszala, and aunts Julie Ruszala and Diane LaBianca, along with a stepson Aquil and many other family members and close friends who will deeply miss him.
Jeffrey’s love for fishing, carpentry, and cooking brought him joy and peace, offering him the tranquility he sought in life. He was also a gifted artist, especially talented at drawing, and his creative spirit shone through in everything he did. His memory will continue to be honored by all who knew him.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, April 25, 2025, at the Federated Community Church located at 590 Main St in Hampden, MA, beginning at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the White Oak School 533 North Road Westfield, MA 01085.
