Listen to Obituary

Monson-Josephine Alice Randall-Longe was born sleeping on September 4, 2026. At only 20 weeks’ gestation, she measured tiny, entering the world at 6.5 inches and 2.7 ounces. Josephine was born to loving parents, Gabrielle A. Longe and Andrew R.A. Randall, who were hopeful and eager to welcome their precious child into their family. Josephine leaves behind her caring and devoted big brother, Khaiden J.P. Randall-Longe. She was deeply loved by her grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and family friends. Upon her passing, it is trusted that she was warmly greeted by her Heavenly family, including great-grandfather James E. Barnes, great-grandmother Genevieve V. Gaudet, and uncles Michael A. Longe and Paul M. Smola.

While Josephine’s life on Earth was short, it was filled with an abundance of love, laughter, nurturance, and joy. In the womb, Josephine experienced much of life, including Magic Wings butterfly conservatory, Yankee Candle Village, a trip to Colorado, Mother’s and Father’s Day, nature walks, fireworks, Monson’s Summerfest, pool days, s'mores, a concert, the Lupa Zoo, mini golf, an annual family New Hampshire beach vacation, and much playtime with brother Khaiden. She has known nothing but pure love and will be profoundly missed here on Earth.

A private celebration of life will be held to honor sweet Josephine after cremation. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Josephine’s name to Empty Arms Bereavement Support, which offers services across Massachusetts for pregnancy and infant loss. Since the initial shocking news, Empty Arms has walked alongside Josephine’s family to provide care and support.
