Biography
Monson-Patricia A. (Kozak) Fish, 98, died Tuesday May 5, 2015. Patricia was born in Springfield, June 20, 1916 to the late Nicholas and Christina Kozak. She has been a longtime resident of Monson. She loved to play "Bingo", taking bus trips to the casino, and enjoyed sewing.
Patricia was pre-deceased by her husband Stewart E. Fish in 1984. She leaves nieces and nephews, MaryEllen and Glenn Fish of East Longmeadow, Allan Fish of Westfield, a life long friend Jane and her home health aid Leslie.
Funeral services will be held Friday May 15, 2015 in Lombard Funeral Home. A visiting hour will be held from 10-11am with a funeral service at 11am. Burial will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery in Monson.
