Monson- Richard P. Graveline, 71, died peacefully, Monday, March 13, 2017. Richard was born in Palmer, March 6, 1946 to the late Alfred H. and Marie R. (Stone) Graveline. He was a graduate of Monson High School, an Army Vietnam Veteran and a retired Monson Police Officer. Dick was an avid NASCAR fan and was a member of the NRA and the Massachusetts Police Association.
Richard leaves his children; Sara M. Harris-Graveline of Springfield and Scott J. Graveline of Monson; a granddaughter Kenna Vadnais; his fiancee` of eleven years, Teri (Madison) Thomas of Monson; brothers Robert C. Graveline of Maine and Carl E. Graveline of Monson. Dick was pre-deceased by his parents and his sister Carole A. Bressette.
Visiting hours will be held Monday, March 20, 2017 from 5-8 pm in Lombard Funeral Home 3 Bridge St. Monson. Burial with military honors will be Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 10am at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery in Agawam.
