Ruth A Rietzel
July 15, 1924 — February 16, 2017
Monson-Ruth A. Rietzel, 92, passed away February 16, 2017. Ruth was born July 15, 1924 in Attleboro, MA to the late Herman A. and Annie (Sharrat) Rietzel. Ms. Rietzel was a teacher in the Monson, Belchertown and East Longmeadow school departments. She retired form East Longmeadow in 1986 after 38 years of teaching. Ruth was a member of Quaboag Rebekah Lodge #169 and served as a past president. She was also a member of the Mass Retired Teacher's Association.
Ruth was predeceased by her parents; her brother, Ellis Rietzel and his wife Florence.
