Eileen T. (Jaworek) Harwood

Wilbraham/Naples, FL - Eileen ( Jaworek ) Harwood, 88, passed away peacefully Sunday, February 18, 2018.  Eileen was born May 23, 1929, in Chicopee, MA to Lucy (Pas) Jaworek and Andrew Jaworek. She was a graduate of Chicopee High School. Formerly of Wilbraham, MA, she was a resident of Naples, FL since retiring from Massachusetts Mutual Insurance Company where she worked in public relations. She loved gardening and was a member of the Wilbraham Garden Club and Naples Botanical Gardens.  Eileen was and avid tennis and mah-jongg player. She was a founder of the Gulf Coast Ladies Tennis Organization.  She was a member of the Grey Oakes Country Club in Naples, and a Diplomat and benefactor of Naples Community Hospital. Eileen and her husband enjoyed world travel throughout their lifetime.

Eileen was predeceased by her husband, Morris Harwood, brother Ted Jaworek and sisters Lola and Frances Jaworek. She leaves her cousins Janice Lachowetz, Andrew Lachowetz, Patricia Mannning, Pamela O'Keefe, and Robert Manning.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 1pm at Hillside Cemetery, 8 Main Street, Monson, MA. Lombard Funeral Home of Monson has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
