Gerald "Jay" St. Laurent

Wales-Gerald "Jay" St. Laurent, 59, passed away Thursday, December 9, 2021.  Jay was born August 23, 1962 in Ludlow to Jacqueline R. (Tetreault) St. Laurent and the late Gerard "Jerry" R. St. Laurent. He grew up in Wales and attended Tantasqua Vocational High School.  He was a talented carpenter by trade and for many years was self employed.  He enjoyed cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and boating on the lake.  Jay enjoyed being outdoors, around water, the woods and spending time with his family.  

Jay leaves his children; Alexis R. St. Laurent of Brimfield and Jacob J. St. Laurent of Wales;  two granddaughters, Brooklynn DuBois and Isabella DuBois; his mother, Jacqueline St. Laurent of Wales; brothers, Mark St. Laurent and his wife Tammy of Ware and Lee St. Laurent of Ware, Scott St. Laurent of Boston; sisters, Linda St. Laurent-Arel  and her husband David Arel of Feeding Hills and Dianne St Laurent of Ware; and many nieces and nephews.  Jay was predeceased by his father Gerard "Jerry" St. Laurent and a brother Roger St. Laurent.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 15, 2021, with visitation from 9-10:30am at Lombard Funeral Home 3 Bridge St. in Monson. Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 in St. Christopher's Church in Brimfield.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
