Betsy A (Thorin) Augusta

Westfield- Betsy A. (Thorin) Augusta, 73, died Wednesday, April 5, 2017.  Betsy was born in Palmer, January 23, 1944 to the late Dorothy (Moore) Thorin and Harry Thorin.  She spent her childhood in Monson before moving to Springfield and graduating from  Springfield Technical High School, Class of 1962. Betsy attended and had many friends at Green River House in Greenfield. Most recently she had many friends and caregivers at Western MA Hospital in Westfield.

Betsy leaves her son David Pshenishny of Easthampton and her "adopted" son David McMillan also of Easthampton; several cousins Laury Moore of Monson, Douglas Moore and his wife Janet of Warren, Merrill Stebbins and his wife Vicki of North Carolina and Pamela Kingsley and her husband Randy Gold of Arizona.

All funeral services are private.
